Delivery

Once your order is placed, it will be carefully picked and prepared by our team. Depending on the product and the day your order is placed, this process usually takes 2-4 business days*.

After your order has been prepared, we’ll arrange a suitable courier to deliver it directly to your door. Below are the indicative delivery lead times once your courier has picked up your order:

  • Melbourne Metro: 2–5 business days
  • Sydney Metro: 10–13 business days
  • Adelaide Metro: 10–13 business days
  • Canberra Metro: 10–13 business days
  • Perth Metro: 13–15 business days
  • All other areas: 15–20 business days

Because many of our pieces are heavy, detailed, or fragile, some orders may require additional protective packaging before dispatch. If this applies to your order, we’ll let you know right away.

Once your delivery has been booked, you’ll receive one of the following updates:

  1. Tracking information once your order has been collected by the courier, or
  2. A phone call or SMS from a member of our team (for Melbourne Metro deliveries).

To keep delivery costs fair and efficient, we partner with a range of trusted carriers. Please note that our delivery partners are unable to:

  • Bring items upstairs or via elevators
  • Move existing furniture
  • Unpack or remove packaging
  • Install items
